** At **Electraso**, we guarantee your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not satisfied with your product, you may return it within **30 days** of receipt under the following conditions:

**Eligible Products:**

  • New, unused products
  • Must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Must include original receipt or proof of purchase

❌ **Non-Returnable Items:**

  • Custom or special order products 
  • Used or damaged products -
  • Products with missing accessories or packaging

### **Return Process:**

  1. Contact Us**: Email our support team within 30 days of delivery
  2. Get Approval**: We'll provide a Return Authorization Number
  3. Ship Back**: Send the item to our return center (return shipping costs may apply)
  4. Get Refund**: Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after inspection

### **Refund Options:** 

  • Original payment method refund
  • Product exchange (if available)
  • Store credit (with 10% bonus)

### **Important Notes:**

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of approval
  • Returns without authorization will not be accepted
  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs
