Thank you for shopping with Electraso. We deliver orders quickly and securely across France, Europe, and select international destinations.


🕒 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CET) or on weekends are processed the next business day.

  • During periods of high demand or holidays, processing may take 1–2 additional business days.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


🇫🇷 Domestic Shipping (France)

  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

  • All prices include VAT (TVA incluse).

  • Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as La Poste, Colissimo, Chronopost, or Mondial Relay, depending on your region.

  • Delivery to Metropolitan France and Corsica is available.


🇪🇺 European Union Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from dispatch.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to weight and destination.

  • All orders within the EU are duty-free.


🌍 International Shipping (Outside the EU)

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Electraso is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or postal services outside the EU.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Tracking

We work with reliable carriers and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.
Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via email.

  • Real-time updates on your order’s progress.

You can also track your shipment anytime using the “Track My Order” page on our website.


📦 Shipping to PO Boxes & Pickup Points

  • Deliveries to PO boxes, relay points, or Click & Collect locations are available in most areas of France.

  • For courier services that do not deliver to PO boxes, we will notify you and ship via postal service instead.


💥 Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or is delayed beyond expected delivery times:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@electraso.com with your order number.

  2. Provide photos of the parcel if damaged.

  3. We will open a claim with the carrier and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

Electraso is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors (weather, strikes, customs delays, etc.), but we will assist you in resolving the issue quickly.


✏️ Address Changes or Order Modifications

  • You can update your shipping address within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • After the order is processed or shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

  • Please double-check your address details before confirming your order.


⚖️ Legal Compliance (France & EU)

Electraso complies with French and EU consumer protection laws:

  • All orders include VAT (TVA).

  • Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery (see Return Policy).

  • We process shipments in accordance with the EU Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EU).
